La salle de sport est équipée des dernières machines (incroyable). La piscine chauffée s'ouvre sur l'extérieur en passant par une porte à capteur de mouvement. Il existe plusieurs types de sauna, hammam, etc. Tout est gratuit. La chambre, en plus d'être confortable (lit + oreiller très quali), est aussi spacieuse que propre. güzel ve temiz bir oteldi. Spası gayet kullanışlı havuzu temiz ve çok güzeldi. Masaj fiyat performans olarak olumluydu. Personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Sadece kafesindeki personel genel olarak suratsızdı. Kafesinde Yemek menüsü çok kısıtlı ve servis yavaştı. Gelen yemekler lezzetliydi ama fiyatlar yüksekti. İçecek menüsü gayet genişti özellikle alkollü kısmı ama kokteyllerin servis şekli yanlıştı. Sanırım kafede tek çeşit bardak var her şeyi onunla getiriyorlar. Bu fiyattaki ve bu konfordaki bir otele yakışmayan bir durumdu. Kayak kiralamalarındaki fiyatlar gereksiz pahalıydı. Kişi başı takım fiyatı 2500 TL idi. Uludağ’da günlük kayak kirası diğer yerlerde maksimum 1500 TL. Her odaya bir kayak dolabı vermeleri güzel.

Olumlu Görüşlerim: Odalar gayet temiz, çalışanlar aşırı özverili, tesis Marriott markasına yakışır derecede lüks ve yapısı tam anlamıyla bir dağ oteli konseptiyle inşa ve dekore edilmiş. Olumsuz Görüşlerim: Restoranta personeli özverili olmasına rağmen sayıca yetersiz, mutfak personeli de buna paralel yetersiz olması nedeniyle siparişler geç geldi. Ve menü çok yetersiz özellikle akşam menüsü için. Ana yemek olarak sadede 3-5 çeşit arasında günlük değişmekte ve farklı alternatif olmaması bizim için olumsuzdu. Özellikle otel fiyatı bu kalite ve konfora göre makul olmasına karşılık otelde sabah akşam yemeği ile havuz dışındaki herşeyin ücretlendirilmesini fazla bulduğumu düşünüyorum.
