I was very comfortable and the the view was as good as I had anticipated. The weather was kind to me, so I was able to sit on the balcony and read my book. Graham, the host was friendly and helpful and it is obviously a home that he loves. Breakfast was as expected and as advertised. I enjoyed walking around the headland, along the Tyne estuary and into Tynemouth village as well as along the beaches. There are also plenty of places to each in the area. The interior design is good, but it lacks finesse and, for some, would undermine the experience.

The room did not have an ensuite, the description states private bathroom, but that is down the corridor. Also bathroom smelly and very small. Bed untidy and didnt look clean. Sorry, this is not as it is advertised
