This hotel is absolutely fabulous in every way. The location is amazing, a short walk from the Central Station and close to the Tivoli gardens. The decor feels really luxurious, and is so tasteful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with gorgeous quality bedding. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was without fault. I honestly cannot find a single thing that could be improved with this hotel.

Really nice hotel! Friendly staff and good breakfast! The hotel is well located with walking distance to several tourist attractions. The cleaning needs to be a bit enhanced. For example, there were clothes left in the wardrobe from the previous guests. Expensive parking.

We booked the deluxe junior suite. Before travelling we'd seen some negative comments about 3 things: the size of the rooms, lack of daily cleaning and the noise from the event space across the road from the hotel but we didn't have any issues with any of these things. In fact they tell you to hang the please make up the room tag prior to 9ma and even when we didn't the room was still cleaned there were music concerts on 2 of the nights we were there but both had ended before we even got back to the hotel around 11pm. Everything is all new and very tastefully decorated. Centrally located and within walking distance to the nearest metro. I would definitely stay here again

It was a gorgeous hotel. Newly remodeled. It was the first week of opening so there were some things being finished and some of the construction noise was a bit irritating, but other than that, it was divine. The beds were super comfortable, rooms were beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities/toiletries in room. Great options in the mini bar as well. The staff was wonderful. Great location too! We were central to everything. Only downfall of location is the music venue across the street can get noisy on the street facing rooms.

This hotel is absolutely lovely: our remodeled room was beautiful, the staff could not have been kinder, friendlier or more helpful, and breakfast was stunning! The location is very convenient and there are quite a few nice restaurants close by, as well as a Metro station. The only problem had nothing to do with the hotel itself but was nevertheless a frustration: across the street is an outdoor venue with loud rock music playing from about 4:00 pm to 8:00. It ends well before bedtime but if you wish to relax or nap before dinner, it’s an issue.

Henriks is a beautiful newly renovated hotel, with a fabulous buffet breakfast. Staff is very nice and efficient. This site is actually 4 hotels that share the lobby, bar and breakfast area. Somehow our reservation got lost in there system and we did not get the superior room I wanted. They put us in a nice small room the 1st nite that was in Henrik hotel. Then moved us to another hotel that had not been remodeled, yet was much larger and had a nice deck with a view. It also had a bathtub between the bedroom and the living room area. Quite odd that it was not in the bathroom. My niece and I did use it to soak our sore feet after a long day of walking! They did comp us a bit for the inconvenience. Oh how I wish we were put in the room I had requested many months ago.

The hotel appears to have been renovated recently, and there was still some noticeable new construction material and paint smell during the stay. The overall hotel design is beautiful, with a traditional style that gives the property a fantastic atmosphere and character. The main issue was the bathroom lighting design. The lights are controlled by a motion sensor and turn off automatically. Unfortunately, the sensor does not work very well and often turns the lights off while someone is sitting on the toilet or taking a shower, which was quite inconvenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially considering how expensive dining can be in Denmark. The hotel location is also outstanding, close to many major attractions and very convenient for sightseeing.

The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations. There was construction going on outside our window, which we had to have open as the room was warm and the A.C. didn't seem to work. The light switch in our bathroom had issues, and would switch on randomly in the middle of the night... then we couldn't turn it off. Luckily, we could just close the door to the bathroom to shut out the light. The staff was a mixed bag - some were extremely helpful while others were dismissive.
