The hotel is brand new, so it is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the amenities are extremely disappointing.
There is no ice machine available anywhere in the hotel. The property only has one coffee machine, and it is available only from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. According to hotel management, the reason is that the coffee machine uses too much electricity—equivalent to four soda machines—which is difficult to understand from a guest’s perspective.
The hotel also features a full kitchen in the rooms, but there are no utensils, cookware, or basic items provided to actually use it.
While the hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the airport, there is no airport shuttle or transportation service. If guests need transportation, the hotel directs them to an outside individual who only accepts cash.
The front desk staff always seem to have excuses instead of solutions. For a new hotel, the guest experience falls far below expectations. Even many budget motels offer better amenities and customer service than this property.
I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
