Check-in was quick and smooth. The staff were friendly and spoke English very well. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and met our expectations. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2 meters. Since we were traveling with a roof box, we couldn’t use it, but there was plenty of street parking right outside the hotel. It was also cheaper than the garage, which costs €15 per day. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located within a German low-emission zone, so your vehicle must have a valid Umweltplakette (German environmental sticker). We were very happy with our stay and had a great overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The room was a bit to warm without possibilities to affect it. The breakfast buffet was above avereage. A little more vegetables would be lovely and maybe pancakes. Parking is to expensive 10 Euroes pr. night would be right price.

Air conditioning didn't work in our room. It was 30+ degrees outside, so the room was really hot. Staff gave us different answers, like "We can set it from here, if you go to the room it will be better within an hour" "It's broken in all the rooms, there's nothing we can do" "Here's my manager's number if you wish to complain" None of these actually helped. We were not offered a new room, or even a fan or portable AC. Nothing. When checking out a man handled our checkout. He was very service minded and did all he could to compensate. Nothing could be done about the warm night, but he did what was in his power and that was appreciated. We had the same problem with the AC in another Premier Inn, in Lubeck, but there we were offered to switch rooms.

Alt i alt en fin overnatning. Dog var der lidt problemer ved vores indcheckning, hvor noget af personalet ikke virkede sÄ imÞdekommende. Heldigvis kom der hjÊlp til at lÞse problemet og det hjalp ogsÄ pÄ servicen. VÊrelset var fint og havde hvad der skulle bruges. Morgenmaden var ogsÄ fin, der manglede ikke noget.

KrÀvde pass trots att vi kom frÄn Sverige och inte behöver ha pass med pÄ resor till Tyskland. Hon sa att det var hotellets krav. Borde uttryckts tydligare i hotellinfon (nu rÄkade vi ha pass med den hÀr gÄngen men inte alltid vi har det nÀr vi Äker till Tyskland).
