needed to get key from a different location..had to walk 20 mins after flight/transport to and from airports Then walk to hotel They didnt know we were coming so there was no room for us we hung around for about 90 mins by which time the poor receptionist (who couldnt understand or speak a word of English} got a key annd took us to the highest floor of the hotel thank god it was only one night every door on our creaked loudly and the bathroom was soaked after the fellow next door had had a shower just to cap it off TV was a non-starter appartment was clean would never recommend this hotel to anybody
