We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s modern, beautiful, and stylish, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful, and the restaurant was cozy, with an interesting menu. We also liked the location. We enjoyed walking to the ferry, partly along the water and partly through a small town. We stopped at a lovely café on the way, where the staff was very friendly. The ferry ride to the city center was easy and convenient. Our only complaint is about the towel hooks in the bathroom. They look nice, but they are too small to hold the towels properly, so the towels kept falling off. Please replace them with normal hooks! Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place, we ended up extending our trip. The staff were all so kind and helpful and we received such incredible service from them, we were so thankful. Our room was so beautiful, clean and fresh and had so many amenities (we were especially thankful for the washer/dryer as a family). The breakfast is delicious and has plenty of options available. Parking is easy, covered and safe. The location is right by the waterfront and has such a beautiful view from the rooms. You can also walk down to lots of little restaurants (or enjoy the hotels own) plus there is a supermarket just minutes away. Pool area is one of the most stunning we have come across, though it is very cold and not heated. Only things we could fault was the wifi was a little patchy at times though good when right and I could download some larger files. The chrome cast didn’t really work but we could use YouTube on there. We will always remember our stay here and hope to be back again!

The hotel was amazing from the moment of arrival, with friendly and very welcoming staff. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a few days' stay. The food and bar staff were helpful, and the food was good with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The outside area was great, clean, and inviting. I recommend it and will definitely go back.

The hotel is brand-new and is exceptional. Good breakfast, good cook/diner, very nice rooms and lovely view from the room. Swimming pool on the roof. I can't think of anything which isn't good. Within a 10 minute walk you'll arrive at the port where you can take a boat to Lisbon in 20 minutes.

First time out the country! As black women, we felt so safe and accepted there! The cleaning ladies don’t speak English but the front desk and some of the restaurant workers do if you need help with anything. The rooftop was my favorite!

We recently stayed at the Upper Harbor Hotel for a city trip to Lisbon, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Since the hotel had only been open for about three months when we arrived, everything felt incredibly fresh and modern. ​Location & Logistics ​The hotel’s location is a major plus if you want to avoid the chaos of city traffic. ​The Ferry Connection: It is about a 20-minute walk to the docks, where you can catch a 10-minute ferry directly into the center of Lisbon. ​No Car Needed: Parking in central Lisbon is notoriously difficult, so utilizing the ferry is much more convenient. ​The hotel does offer an underground parking area for an additional cost, but there is more than enough space around the hotel for free. This is an apart-hotel, so the rooms are exceptionally large and well-equipped: Our room included a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a large TV. While the IT team was still finalizing the "casting" features (Netflix, etc.) during our stay, the hardware is all top-tier. ​The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It features a massive walk-in shower. Ironically, it’s almost too big—the shelf for shampoo is a few steps away from the water, which isn't the most practical layout, but it is certainly spacious. ​Breakfast: A standout feature! It provided a full spread with everything you could possibly need to start

Lovely hotel. We chose this because it fitted our price range as we were in Portugal for a cheerleading competition in Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was fantastic the food was delicious comfy beds staff great. I hope the price stays affordable so we can come back next year.
