Exceedingly friendly staff here! They made us feel welcome and right at home. Same with the guests, everyone just seems genuinely happy. The only issue we had was with the A/C I. The room. It seemed to have a hard time kicking on during the night and it was very hot in the room until we would wake to and readjust the thermostat.

The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the breakfast was great! It was in such a good location being only 10 minutes from downtown Covington. The best part was the staff at the front desk. Honestly, they were the friendliest and most welcoming people I have ever experienced at a hotel. We plan on coming back to Covington and because of them and the amazing service I will be staying here again no questions.

Facility =10 Room =10 Area =10 Cleanliness = 10 Everything about Homewood Suites is amazing no matter what location we go to. This location in Covington has fresh baked cookies by one of the front desk managers!!! And the cookies were amazing!! We had absolutely no complaints, the room was breathtaking with tiles floors instead of the average nasty carpeting you find in hotel rooms. We were blown away. My only concern was the lack of staff in the lobby multiple times that I needed assistance. There were at least 3 times at different hours where there was absolutely no one watching the front. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely so safety doesn't seem to be a concern, but walking around the lobby finding no one wasn't comforting. Aside from that rather I ortsnt concern everything else about this location was absolutely amazing!!

The room was very clean. Possibly the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. We loved the Crabtree & Evelyn bath products. They were all stocked well. We liked the free breakfast buffet but just would have liked more fruit options besides oranges. One setback is the man at the front desk was rude when we checked in. For a couple minutes, he claimed that he didn’t see a reservation under my name and said maybe I had the wrong hotel. I told him over and over again that I knew it was the right hotel. Finally after like 7 minutes, he found the reservation. He definitely could have been more friendly about the whole situation. I maintained a positive attitude even though he was really starting to stress me out. However if you value cleanliness over everything else, this is a good pick.
