Having the extra half bathroom was especially helpful for our family. The unit was thoughtfully stocked, with full soap dispensers at every sink, air fresheners in each bathroom, plenty of paper products, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, garbage bags, and clean linens for our full week of occupancy. The building was very secure and conveniently located. Check in and check out instructions as well as amenity descriptions were helpful, and our chat messages were generally answered in a prompt and helpful fashion. We look forward to staying here again if our daughter enrolls at BU.

The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.

This is more like university housing than anything else. The building is full of students and poorly maintained, with visitors following others into the entrance. Carpeting is stained, paint is chipping, blinds are broken, the a/c didn't work, the hallway smells. Communication with the Evonify owners was poor, and we had to go through Hotels.com to receive our access code/registration in time for our arrival and, ultimately, a refund. We left a few minutes after we entered the unit. Not recommended. It is not the sunny, pristine, and secure apartment that appears in the photos.
