Absolutely beautiful hotel and so glad to see it return! Near everything and even a short walk from the Mississippi aquarium. A return to style and elegance for a price that won’t break the bank. Excellent in-house dining options we especially loved the breakfast cafe. Absolutely stunning decor and loved the rooftop bar! Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful hotel, I loved the history of it all and the little details throughout. Very quiet and the room was nice and cool. Not sure what the housekeeping policy is but we were there 3 nights and they only came in once to give us clean towels which was a little frustrating as the floors weren’t carpeted fully so all the sand and dirt could be felt walking around. Nothing that would stop me from staying next time we are in town though. Definitely recommend especially for the beautiful view of the coast!

The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The rooms were clean and well sized. Biggest complaint was the tv and lack of choices, ie streaming options. Also, lack of vending options. It would have been nice to have an option besides water and to be able to purchase a snack

This hotel just opened last month after newly renovated and it is hands down the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in over many many years and travels across the country! Felt like traveling back in time as you enter the lobby… everything was so shiny, from the marble floors to the chandeliers. Mr. Chris, the hotel lobby greeter, was a pleasant surprise that I’ve never experienced before, as it’s something I’d expect in a 1930s era hotel. He was there for every question we had about the area and gave us great local recommendations. The young lady at the front desk made us so welcome and acknowledged us every time we came back to the hotel. The rooftop bar is beautiful with amazing views. The room was immaculate and felt like my home (or how I wished it looked!) The halls were filled with historic portraits of the area, and made you feel like you were stepping back in time at a very high end hotel. We were on a trip to look for a home in the area and once we get moved, we will be back to eat at the restaurant and visit the bar and friendly staff! It’s definitely a hidden gem that I expect the price to increase as we got a great price (I’m guessing since it’s new). It’s a perfect hotel for a couples weekend!

At checkin there was a public event across the road and i was told thete parking lotwas full and id have to find my own parking. WHAT? The bed was hard as a rock. My wife and i hadbdy pains each morning. Head to toe. Wow crazy. No lighting in the room had to use my flashlight to see anytingat night. Very disapointed. This is a new hotel. The only upside was the carpet in the roo. Was the bomb. Could almost skate on it bare foot. Other than that everything sucked! Never going back there!!!

Amazing property! Beautiful! But there are no ports or outlets on the nightstands. We had to look behind furniture and unplug things to charge our phones. I was disappointed that everything else was so beautifully planned to have this important detail overlooked.
