Nice clean hotel. Nice location. I stayed 7nights and all the staff i saw was very friendly and welcomed me each time i walked in. Great job staff! Didn’t do the breakfast since it was grab and go and not very much to choose but muffins granola bars and a fruit. Wish they had a pool but the outside sitting area was nice and relaxing! Overall great stay!

Very pleased with our stay. It was a last minute find as we were in town for a baseball tournament. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Room was reasonably priced. The best thing about it was how friendly and helpful the staff was!!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Stayed here for a weekend & loved it! The staff was super nice, and it was close to The Block Jax, so it was easy to walk over for a drink or a quick bite to eat! One small note, the room did feel a little humid, I'm not sure why. Overall, this place was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

This was my second stay at this location. Both times were great! The staff were very nice and the room and grounds were clean. There is a near by Entertainment building that seems to like to park in the hotel’s parking but we were given a parking pass to put in our vehicle window to ensure we were guest of the hotel. I appreciated that. Overall, this was a great hotel and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Great hotel for big families. Our room had two queens and pull out sofa as well as a mini kitchen w full size fridge. There’s a super family friendly food hall across the street (it’s a safe easy walk) called the block with awesome food options, cool playground and a dog park. The grab and go breakfast was ok- not substantial enough if you’ve got big eaters in your family. It’s very close to all the St. John’s town center shopping. I think there is even a walking path to get there but we didn’t take it. Great value would def stay there again.

Pros: Check in was a breeze and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Room was well stocked with everything you would need Room was clean and bed was very comfy Cons: Bathroom sink did not drain properly. It was backed up and hair came back up the drain that belonged to previous occupant. We had to brush our teeth and wash hands in the kitchen sink. All the towels had a lot of lint which stuck to our skin and pajamas
