The flat was very clean and spacious. The building itself gets really hot so you need the AC on for sure. Our main problem was that the AC in the bedroom is blowing right at your heads as you're sleeping which made it very difficult to fall asleep. I'd recommend to the owner to consider just playing with the furniture positioning in the bedroom a bit. The mattress is on the firm side, if that makes a difference to you. The location was great, super convenient and surprisingly quiet.
