I don't think I will stay here again..first night was quiet..next night there was yelling and crying, fighting in the hall..RCMP banging on a door we were at the end of the hall and heard everything from 12 am to about 2:30 am. on a hot day the AC wasn't the greatest..nope not going back there.

This hotel is clean the staff was warm and welcoming on this probably the busiest weekend in Cold Lake all year. The only complaint is the cooling system in the room did not work the fan did not kick in once and since the window didnt open and the temps that day was 30°c it was stifling. For the price this room was perfectly acceptable! They could stop the pot smokers outside the front entrance

Hotel in semi light industrial area. Inside was clean with nice, wood trim. Hostess was warm and friendly. No breakfast, but had coffee and bottled water available in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent parking. Close to shopping and restaurants.
