The stay was pleasant and the weather is amazing. Very accessible to airport, ferry and Victoria city. Room was clean and spacious including a full kitchen. The breakfast menu was excellent. Nice, new hotel. Rooms were spacious. We had a king suite and double queen suite. The queen suite was very large was perfect for everyone to gather in. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Seemed like the kitchen had good basic - didn’t use anything other than the toaster. Location was great, very close to Dt. Sydney. Would recommend staying here.

A very well enjoyed stay here! The building is brand new and in such a convenient spot near the ferry and airport, plus only about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. There’s a huge free parking lot too, which already felt like a win before even checking in. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Everyone greeted guests so kindly with warm voices and genuinely friendly energy. It honestly felt like they were happy you were there, which makes such a difference.

We were fortunate to stay in this brand-new building, which is perfectly designed for travelers who land, need a convenient place to crash, and take off the next morning. It doesn’t try to be an over-the-top luxury resort, but instead nails the essentials with a bright, cheery atmosphere and unbeatable affordability compared to surrounding hotels. The staff were incredibly welcoming. We loved the handy lobby map showing distances to local stores, and having access to a gym with the necessities, a basic pool, and travel laundry machines was a huge plus. The room was quiet (no plane noise until 6:30 AM), well-lit, and had individual climate control. It features a comfy couch, functional work desk, plenty of charging plugs, and a spotless, very comfortable bed with great pillows. The kitchenette was well-supplied, and they even post a sign letting you know you can borrow extra gear (like a blender or rice maker) from the front desk. The bathroom had everything we needed, including a brilliant design touch: the shower faucet is on the entrance wall instead of under the shower head, so you don't get blasted with cold water when you turn it on. Thanks for the great experience being back on home soil! Highly recommended.
