가격은 5성급 호텔수준인데 체크인 부터가 무인 시스템에 줄서서 대기 객실은 창문이 있지만 열면 바로 옆건물벽에 방충망도 없어서 창문을 열수도 없었고 컵은 다도차 컵에 종이컵 수건도 더 달라고 요청 했지만 주지않고 천장은 시트지가 뜯겨 있고 세탁감도 없고 무튼 리뷰가 너무 좋아서 갔는데 하나도 맞는게 없었네요 왼존실망ㅠㅠ

저는 시즈쿠 프라이빗 스파룸을 이용했구요, 2박하는 동안 정말정말 잘 이용했습니다. 사당역에서 내려서 5번 출구로 나와서 샛길 계단을 이용한다면 숙소까지 5분이면 충분합니다. 예약확인할때 이름은 영문이름으로 이름+성 순서대로 띄어쓰기 없이 적어야 확인이 됩니다. 저는 갔는데 안되가지고 ㅎㅎ 그래도 직원연결 인터폰같은게 설치되어 있어서 바로 해결이 되었어요. 사실 갈때 스파룸이어서 제일 기대하고 갔는데... ㅠㅠ 아무리 물을 틀어놓아도 물이 채워지지 않아서 결국 사용 못했습니다. 안그래도 블로그 검색했을때 다른분 글에 물이 채워지지 않는다는 글이 있어서 엥? 했는데... 시설을 고쳤던지 했을 줄 알았거든요. 근데 안되더라구요. 그래서 샤워실만 이용했네요. 스파를 제일 기대하고 갔었기 때문에 이것때문에 별을 뺐습니다. 주변환경이 정말 중요하다고 생각하시는 분은 여기는 호텔이라 이름붙인 모텔들 사이에 위치하고 있습니다. 저는 상관없어서 선택했지만, 그게 싫으신 분들은 선택하시면 안될 것 같아요. 하지만 인근 술집이나 맛집 등등 걸어서 다 갈 수 있는 최적의 위치이기 때문에 술약속이 있어도 부담 1도 없는 위치상으로 아주 좋습니다. 객실은 매우 깔끔하고 정리정돈이 잘 되어 있었습니다. 그리고 1개의 층에 룸이 2개뿐이어서 이것도 솔직히 마음에 들었습니다. 일반 호텔들은 하염없이 캐리어끌고 구석으로 들어가야 하는 경우도 있잖아요. 여기는 그럴 일이 없습니다. ㅎㅎ 어메니티도 1층에서 추가로 챙겨서 가지고 올라가면 되니까 문제없구요. 단, 호텔이니까 매일 청소하고 치워주겠거니.. 라는 생각은 하지 마세요~^^ 저는 2박하는 동안 룸청소 없었어요.

주차장 공간이 좁아 인근 주차장을 이용하라고 안내되어 있었으나, 오히려 주차된 차량이 없어 편하게 이용하였습니다. 현관에서 호출벨을 활용해서 직원과 통화하며 편리하게 체크인을 할수 있었고, 직원이 상주하지 않아 오히려 프라이빗하게 다닐수 있어서 좋았습니다. 객실은 침실과 스파, 화장실이 분리되어 있어 정말 좋았어요. 단, 스파에 물을 받았는데 배수구의 문제가 있는지 물이 흘러내려갔습니다. 물도 아깝고 길게 온천을 즐길수 없어 아쉬웠어요. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박시설이었습니다.
