The hotel was cheap so I didn't expect too much but the room was dirty. The curtains was filthy, dirt marks on the wall, the toilet seat was crooked and dirty in the hinges. The staff were polite, the tv worked but my coffee was not replenished after the first night. Ok if you want a cheap room and are not too bothered about cleanliness.

“Couldn’t fault anything about our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a spacious shower. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes, which was really useful, and the hairdryer was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfy and made for a great night’s sleep. The man on reception was so friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay again!”

For the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. Room was clean, and covered all the basics. Tea bags as well as instant coffee would have been nice but shower was fine and bed comfortable. It’s not the quietest but not noisy either- from downstairs you can hear some upstairs noise and doors opening and closing. Check in was easy and free parking. Location ideal for Meadowhall, arena etc - 10 mins by car.

The room and hotel facilities were perfectly fine and clean enough for the price. However, the pillows had a strong, unpleasant smell of stale smoke which made them uncomfortable to use. The noise was the real problem. It started from as early as 9pm and continued right past 3am. Doors slamming constantly, a man pacing the corridors at one point talking loudly on his phone on speaker mode, and groups of people shouting and knocking on each others doors — all in a language I couldn't understand. The hotel appeared to be accommodating large groups of men, none of whom spoke English, and the place felt very different to a normal hotel. It seemed as though the property may now be in use for temporary housing or accommodating refugees, rather than purely as holiday/business accommodation. As a result, it felt unsafe and unsuitable for regular guests, especially families (I was there with children) If you choose to stay here do not expect to get any sleep unless you can sleep through lots of noise.

Parking was good and the staff were welcoming. But the room wasn't great! Besides the pillows and mattress being in desperate need of replacing (mattress had really sunk in the middle and every spring could be felt) The Floor had lots of small stains as did the sides of the bed, the curtains, the coffee tray, one of the cups, the kettle the bathroom and even on one of the towels. If it wasn't the fact it was so very cheap and only for 2 nights I'd have complained. This is at best a 2 star hotel not the 3 star it claims to have!! Will not stay here again even at the cheap price.

Check in was decent enough, free parking but didn’t feel secure. People not parked between the lines so made some parking difficult. Floor was very stained and behind the headboard was very dusty. Beds moved as were on wheels and worst bed I’ve slept on, felt like a thin piece is plastic. Air con didn’t work and main light didn’t work either. Bathroom was clean and shower was the saving grace as was powerful.

Parking was great at the property but that was about it The rooms work cleaned in some sense but there was still dirty near clean towels and cigarette butts in the windows The staff where there but not very talkative nor polite enough to say hello when you came back into the property The walls are paper thin so I could hear everything and plus the windows And to top it off had another guess have strong words through a window with me as I was packing the car up as well

Check in was easy and quick. Free car parking. Quite a bit of noise from the road though and creaky floor in room and corridors. Given how warm it’s been the rooms were a good reasonable temperature. Nice bathroom.
