The room was super clean and really beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and from the service we received, we had no idea it was their opening week! Our room wasn’t ready so the lovely lady behind reception gave us a key card and took our bags up to our room for us so we didn’t have to come back to the hotel until we was ready to as we had planned to go out for the day and night which was so helpful!

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy reach of hundreds of restaurants and shops. As it had only been open for six weeks, it was clean and new. Beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was brilliant. Great tea and coffee-making supplies in the room too. We had a room at the back and it was very quiet. The room was quite small with not much storage space but it was absolutely fine for a short visit. Please note, it has been converted from an old townhouse and there are no lifts, though this wasn't a problem for us.
