立地はポートライナーの中埠頭駅近くで、三宮にすぐ出られます。目の前にセブンイレブンがあるのも良いです。 室内は広くベットも快適です。たまたま宿泊費が安かった喫煙ルームでしたが（たばこは喫いません）、たばこ臭もなく（天井の角部に若干黄ばみはあるかな・・・）過ごしやすかったです。コスパは非常によかったですね。

部屋もきれいで、そこそこ広いし問題ないのだが、15階なのに蚊が居て難儀した。 どうして蚊は夜中の2時なると出てくるんだろう。 耳元でぷ～んという音出起こされた。一匹潰してねたらまた2匹目がぷ～んと来た。1時間格闘して寝たので、枕には2つの血痕か付いた。 フロントで聞いたら電子式蚊取り線香を貸し出してるとのこと。次回は借りてから部屋に行こうと思う。
