Hotel was great and staff were super nice. However the location of being in Taikooli is a bit deceiving - it is still a 10 min car ride away. The hotel is also in another building that has a bunch of services businesses which makes the experience of checking in/leaving the venue a little disappointing. The corridors smell and I feel like the cleanliness could be a bit better.

My stay was absolutely delighted. The hotel is located at very central place, which is closed to Taikooli. Stuff are extremely helpful, they’re available 24/7, anything you need, just send them a message via WeChat. Will stay again next time visiting Chengdu.

Hotel was ok but….. 1. Hotel is not its own building, it is a couple of floors within another building and is shared with other hotels so confusing, hard to find and but strange 2. Design was a bit strange and shabby. DARK like a John wick movie, hard to see. Random plaster red sharks swimming out of walls. Can’t read the signs. 3. Not sure if they tried to scam me or are just incompetent. Paid in advance and had confirmation from website but they tried to have me pay again and really couldn’t communicate. Kind of ruined my night, and made me miss dinner. 4. Staff maybe tried to be kind but everything they did just made it worse. I came back from outside to see if the problem was solved and they told me yes now it’s fine… they were messaging me on wechat about having to pay them but never told me it was all resolved. So I rushed back angry to get this sorted. They could have messaged me but didn’t and no apology until after I told them I just ran back and didn’t have a dinner. I was exhausted and went to my room to sleep and then they rang the bell and brought me fast food to have as dinner but just made me angry because they woke me up. The next morning they offered over the top gift bags but I don’t have room or interest and told them to keep. The room was ok… not worth the price though The location is whatever The design is cheap and cheesy If you don’t have WeChat and don’t speak fluent Chinese, you shouldn’t even consider.
