Dejligt og rent hotel med fantastisk serviceFordele: Rent og pænt: Værelserne og hotellet fremstår pæne og meget rene. Venligt personale: Servicen er i top, og personalet er utroligt venlige og imødekommende. Gode værelsesfaciliteter: Der er kaffe og te på værelset, som man selv kan lave. Minibar: Værelset har et mindre køleskab med et udvalg af drikkevarer mod betaling. God parkeringshjælp: Parkeringen ligger i en meget lille og smal baggård, men personalet yder en fantastisk hjælp med at få bilen på plads. Ulemper:Hotellet har ikke nogen swimmingpool. Ingen madservice: Der er ikke mulighed for at købe mad på hotellet. Alt i alt et rigtig fint, mindre hotel, hvor den personlige og venlige service gør hele forskellen. Perfekt til et par dage i Prag med større børn.

Rigtig fint, rent og velholdt lille hotel i et stille område. Tæt på floden, sporvogn og i gåafstand til fine spisesteder. Kan sagtens anbefales til familier på 3. Der er dog hverken pool eller morgenmad/restaurant tilknyttet, som beskrevet i faciliteterne. Der er heller ikke 4 senge selvom vi bookede til 4, så var værelset med stor dobbeltseng og en sovesofa.

Rent och mysigt rum. Bra med AC, det var en varm dag. Trevlig personal som hjälpte till att parkera bilen i deras trånga parkeringsutrymme. Det står att det ska finnas pool. Det gör det inte. Så jättekonstigt att det finns bilder på en pool och ett stort poolområde. Hade det inte varit väldigt billigt så hade jag klagat på det på plats, då det var en avgörande faktor till att jag valde just det hotellet.

Ved indtjekning kom vi først ind efter flere ring på klokken. En forvirret mand åbnede døren og virkede som om det var hans første dag. Ved parkering i gårdens bil elevator ridsede jeg min bil voldsomt, da fodholdene var super snævre og en bil var parkeret midt i gården, så jeg ikke kunne dreje ordentligt. Vi kunne ikke finde poolen. Ingen var i receptionen og der blev ikke svaret på skriftlig besked. Ingen skilte i elevatoren eller på gangene ledte dertil. Morgenmads buffenten var ikke eksisterende, og der lå kun lidt gammelt brød. Vi mødte ikke en eneste anden gæst. Personale kunne dårligt engelsk. Man kom ind og ud af hoveddøren med kode. Et stort billede blev fjernet om aftenen fra vores værelse. Der var rod på gangene og det var som at være Palle alene i verden på hotel. Restauranten eksisterede ikke. Det var biliigt, så hvis man leder efter overnatning og varmt vand, så er det det de tilbyder. Mad, pool og personale skal du ikke regne med du finder. Parkering 20 euro pr. Nat, som vi dog ikke betalte den ene nat og vi fik gratis boblevin, pga ridserne i bilen og de dårlige tilkørselsforhold. Vi var der 2 overnatninger. Om dagen larmede håndværkere. Alt var rent og forholdene bliver nok flotte en dag.
