現地支払いで予約をし現地で支払いを行なったにも関わらず、オンラインでも引き落としが行われ二重で請求をされました。
滞在中に指摘をしたにも関わらず2週間以上たった現在でも半分しか返金がされていません。
ホテルの対応は非常に不誠実で、他のホテルではフロントでその日に対応できる事がこのホテルでは出来ません。
TATUIで宿泊するのであればDELFIOLしかないのだなと思います。
Despite booking with a "pay-at-the-hotel" option and settling the bill on-site, a charge was also processed online, resulting in a double payment.
Although I raised the issue during my stay, more than two weeks have passed, and I have still only been refunded half the amount.
The hotel's handling of the situation has been completely unreasonable; matters that other hotels would resolve immediately at the front desk are not handled that way here.
If you're staying in Tatui, I think Delfiol is the only real option.
