Pontos ruins: - O horário de checkalt no site está 23 hrs, porém, ao chegar no hotel, descobrimos que é 11 horas da manhã. Isso foi ruim pq me programei para passar a tarde e tive que deixar o hotel de manhã. - O banheiro do quarto estava com vazamento. Comuniquei 2x mas na 2x é que foram arrumar - A piscina está em reforma e não há informação sobre isso no site e nem se podemos utilizar em outro hotel - Muito barulho de obra - O tatame do espaço Kid não estava lá. - O leite não tem gosto de leite - O iogurte tem gosto estranho - Os travesseiros não são macios - Não há estacionamento interno e o externo além de ser na rua, não tem para todos os hospedes. O estacionamento é rotativo. O hotel é uma construção antiga, porém, com instalações bem confortáveis. A manutenção é boa, embora os acabamentos deixem a desejar, mas nada que prejudique a qualidade, somente a aparência mesmo. O café da manhã é de boa qualidade e os funcionários muito simpáticos!
