The Hollow Bottom has been one of my favorite stays so far. The inn and restaurant are very charming and quaint. My room was updated nicely and very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as well. If you are tall - watch your head - there are some low ceilings in this older building!! Would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Bought a night at Hollow bottom for my daughter and fiancé. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay and said that the bedroom and bed were a really good size. They also had a lovely meal in the evening. They would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our room was like an attic room so awkward spaces around it. Painted terribly in dark maroon so very dark. Didn’t really enjoy the food other than 1 meal first night but desserts were poor then. Breakfast wasn’t worth eating.

Lovely room, helpful and friendly staff and good food. Only downside which was out of their control is its almost impossible to get a taxi around there so book in advance if needed.

The room was clean but quite small with bed pushed up against the wall making it difficult to get out room was very hot even though heating was off and couldn’t open the one small window that was in the room Food was average and was totally misled on a dish resulting in not eating it management responded with removing all food from the bill which was very good of them Bar staff were friendly
