great location easy to get anywhere we wanted to go past the hotel offered fun, food, and activities were great. The staff was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Love the property. I was a little confused at first thinking it was MGM grand but it was in the 3 tower. Still very easy to find. I actually loved the Signature MGM better because it offers lest crowds, valet parking is free, and you can still access all other MGM through inside the building. Definitely recommend! Oh and the pools are great.

It was a nice, spacious room with a nice view of the golf course. We were not aware until after booking that it was a condo, not a hotel room. We had 2 coffee packets for two people for two days. Two packets are only good for one cup! The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and moisturizer. Plenty of towels and a hair dryer. Normally, you would have a little packet of Q-tips and cotton balls, but it was not a big problem; it would just have made the experience a bit better. There were smudges on the mirror, dust on the glass coffee table, and the wood furniture was chipped up a bit and a little dated. No toss pillows as shown in the photos. Too much bleach was used on the bed linens, and the pillows were too hard and big to be very comfortable for us. Enjoyed the Signature pool, quiet and comfortable; I paid $25 for a lounge chair with umbrella and cocktail service. Lovely. MGM Grand pools and lazy river included, and a really fun atmosphere there with a relaxing bar and food. Overall, a really nice stay.. We would recommend it.

The Signature MGM property itself was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the unit we stayed in was not what we expected. It was not clearly stated at the time of booking that the unit was a privately owned Airbnb-style rental rather than a traditional hotel room. This was explained to us only after we checked in at the front desk. Once we arrived, we learned that the hotel is not responsible for concerns or services related to the privately owned unit, and that we would need to communicate directly with the host/owner. During our stay, we did not receive cleaning service, fresh towels, or trash removal until the third day. On the second day, we actually had to purchase toilet paper because the front desk advised us that the host would need to arrange for a cleaning service, and that additional charges could apply. While I understand the difference between hotel-owned rooms and privately rented units, I feel this information should have been made much clearer before booking. Guests should know upfront that they are booking a privately owned unit and that standard hotel services may not be included. Overall, the Signature MGM property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. However, the lack of clarity regarding the rental arrangement and the limited housekeeping services negatively affected our stay. I would recommend making sure you fully understand what services are included before

Was a beautiful place. The views were great. The price was great for the room. Plenty of space for groceries because this isn't a hotel room. Full size refrigerator. Bring your walking shoes....

First time staying at This property and it was great. It was clean, easy access to everything. I drove and used valet and it was fast and easy.

Big big room!! 2 full bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub! Great views with big windows. Balcony was peaceful! Great value.
