Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Service Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not cleaned for four consecutive days, despite the fact that I complained to the hotel team every single day. Even after repeated complaints, basic amenities were not provided, including shampoo, tissues, and clean towels. Having to continuously ask for basic necessities during a hotel stay is unacceptable. The lack of housekeeping and the poor response to my complaints made the entire experience very frustrating. I expected a much better level of service and attention from the hotel. Definitely not the standard I would expect, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Good location but need to do some maintenance in the rooms. Had to go to the front desk several times to fix the same problem.
