OYO Brentwood hotel was great value for the money we spent. The reception staff performed above expectation - they were helpful, they were kind, they were respectful, they were warm. The hotel facitilites were very good for the money we paid. The hotel location - to the centre of the city - was appropriate, it was cool as it was quiet. We will be back at the hotel anytime we are Aberdeen.

Hotel is sorely in need of a makeover, it’s all very tired inside and out, from the entrance, the corridors, stairs, room and bathroom. The hotel layout is like a rabbit warren with many stairs, corridors and doors to negotiate, the bed was uncomfortable, The bathroom was tired, but functional with a good shower. The worst part was the noise, a party of men came back to their 2 rooms at either side of my room at 3 am, shouting, laughing, running along the corridor, slamming doors until 6am, I tried calling reception. But got no reply and it was so far away in a separate building. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and my partner had a very nice stay. The room was clean, staff was friendly and we had a really good time. We also got a good price for the booking.

Hotel room was okay but I wouldn't put it above that. There was a notice on the door that said to go to the next door hotel to the reception to book in. It was a one night only stop over so although small the room was adequet. Kettle tea and coffee provided but only one cup. No reception desk in the hotel no bar and no food you had to go elsewhere for meals but it was cheap. We got what we paid for.

Staff were nice. Room had broken chairs, Sofa had calapsed Seat arm rests were snapped Room needed a hoover and a good clean like the rest of the areas we seen. But actually slept really well

Walked in and walked straight back out again. Did not stay here. Looks nothing like the photos advertised. Nothing in the room was even half decent quality, cheap and nasty. Was told car park was ‘round the back’, not that easy to find and think it had about 5 spaces, all of which were full or was unable to fit into.

Couldn’t expect much more for the price. Check in was a bit tricky and the WhatsApp support people spoke horrible English. The place was a bit run down and the windows wouldn’t close but nothing too bad. Cleaning of the bathroom could’ve been better as well but other than that a nice stay. Great for a short stay.

Great room, friendly staff, and great location. Pre-checking in issues with Smart/savy check in were no problem because staff was present to give me codes. Only issue was noise coming from room below me.

Booked the highland hotel but it was the Brentwood I had the room in,I don’t think there is a highland hotel now. Room was okay to just sleep in, more like a hostel

Our friends booked in the night before. They walked out again after going to their room with mould on the walls water stains on walls crack on window shower head had mould hairs on bed

Certainly the photos on the website now is not the room that we stayed in. Also breakfast was supposed to be included , but then went to 50% reduction but there wasn't one or bar. Parking was practically none existent and needing to pay. Room was dirty and dangerous. Used condom behind headboard. Was relatively cheap

Room and hotel needed a revamp. Needs to be updated. Bed cover just covered the bed. Shower door came of runner and had to put back on. Bathroom window would not shut. Did not help that seagull were squaking all night. Had a 'halfway house' feel. Will not be using again.

Tyvärr inte så fräscht och trevligt, men till att sova en natt och ha sina grejor i rummet är det ok. Svårt att hitta då namnet på hotellet inte stod utanför dörren/huset
