Definitely one of our new favorite spots to stay when we come to Duck Creek! We even got to bring our dog for her first road trip.

Highly recommended
Fantastic, comfortable and clean property with a lovely view while not being far from a few stores and places to eat. The property manager was very communicative and seemed to really care about the quality of our stay.

Wonderful place! The property manager was super helpful and we had a smooth check in. We stayed in the bear suite and it was so nice to have all of the space for our family of five adults. Highly recommended!

Shabby and not chic.
Property overlooks a beautiful meadow, but unfortunately the equipment yard below the property ruins the view. Very poor maintenance! Patio doors to deck would not lock leaving us vulnerable to theft. Screen’s on doors and windows were warped and hard to open/close. Furniture was shabby and beds bedding were saggy and uncomfortable. We left a day early because overall it was a depressing stay. Too bad because it left a bad taste for us regarding DCV. Not sure how it got so many prior good reviews. We won’t be back.

We loved and enjoyed the entire place, very comfortable, great layout, great amenities, great kitchen and bathrooms, great communication with Stephanie. The only issue was the couches - they are obviously very old and unfortunately they smell old. Nothing personal but I avoided sitting on them.

Awesome!
Really enjoyed our stay and the area! The condo was spacious. I would've appreciated another set of wash cloths and a few more toilet paper rolls. We stayed five nights and ran out. We had to wash the cloths every day to have enough for the next day. Two for each person would've been very helpful. Other than that, it was amazing! We loved renting ATVs and riding them on the trails. We also visited Zion, Kanarra Falls, and Bryce Canyon!

Do not rent until the place is cleaned up.
The room was dirty. Food had been left in a closet in a bag and was spoiled and stinky. The microwave was dirty with paper towel still inside. The stove was covered with oil, had not been cleaned. Insufficient pots and pans for a family of 12. The pillow cases were soiled. Plenty of dust through the whole house. The property manager would not return our last text. We requested a credit due to the house being dirty and yet we paid a cleaning fee.

We arrive and have trouble contacting owner. When we did get in, cabinents were gritty from sand, TV would not conect to service, clothes washer had a zip tie as a handle and fridge was not cold. Moved to another unit that was better.

Good Place to bring a family.
We are a couple wanting to spend a weekend in a cooler climate in the countryside. Lodging was okay. Bed was too soft for us, didn’t sleep well. Dining room chairs were too low for the table. No privacy with neighbor on back patio. Lots of ATV traffic on street. Overall, the location, amenities, and room sizes were good for the price paid. Scenery was beautiful.
