1 Subarb breakfast always fresh and good menu 2 very close to haram infront of gate no 307 Very close to good places for pakistani food like jamil resturent, zaitoon resturent etc 3 very close to roza rasool 4 very colse to nusuk care center 5 kubbah walk is next to the hotel 6 zam zam water area infront of the property (timing 10pm to 2pm) everyday 7 staff is very friendly but specially HAIFA on reception shes very kind, always happy to serve to all of the costomers,gentle dealing , very helpfull. We arrived after 4 p.m. and had only 20 hours to stay in Medina. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our room key until around 6 p.m. The dining area was divided by nationality, and the food quality provided for our group was poor. The reception staff at check-in were unprofessional and very slow. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the amount we paid.

Avoid like a plague

Absolute diabolical hotel! Very unclean, no swrvices for our 8 days we were there. Had to go out and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. Room was not stepped in from cleaners for full 8 days. Im only 5ft 6 and my feet were hanging off the bed. Very out dayed and poor hotel. Only good thing is it is close to the haram.

My experience was too awful and disappointing. The check-in time is at 2pm and I received my room at 11pm. And the service wasn't welcoming. Also i had to go down to the counter more than 3 times to get what i want, no one answers the phone. And i didn't receive the room that i ordered and everything was chaos.

Chaos, no order , the customer service though doing their best they have no control of the situation, for instance while they are helping you if customer comes in and asks question they will stop your work and try to respond to that person needs. Also the hotel is not clean, carpets are really dirty and rearing Thirty years of accumulated dirty. I hope they change the course.
