Like: Good enough to sleep. Don’t like: No microwave, you pay extra, No breakfast, “Covid excuse”, No fridge, Laundry broke, ice machine barely produce ice. Room furniture old. Worse Quality Inn I’ve been.. owner try to be cheap and reduce allot of the suppose to be included amenities. NOT recommended.

Arrived around 1PM, told Check-In was 3PM…this needs to change. Asked to use restroom since I would check-in later, declined due to NO key to restroom…NOT REPLACED…supposedly stolen.. Extensive water damaged to Lobby, not repaired. One ice machine broken and not repaired… Noticing my frustration the clerk allowed us to check-in….I was not only traveling with someone, another individual I was with had a reservation…

Superb location, friendly service, worn rooms.
Given Palm Springs prices, this hotel gives you a great location in the heart of downtown for an unbeatable price ...but you do get what you pay for in terms of the wear of the rooms and bathrooms. Paint is peeling in some spots, furniture is bruised and stained. However, bed was comfortable & clean & service was very friendly (both housekeeping and front desk). Would definitely recommend for those on a budget who's rather sacrifice quality for location. Also quiet, I slept very well every night.

Don’t waste your time-refund needed-👎Hotels.com
Gym equipment looked great through the windows but couldn’t access it with deadbolt lock 🔒. This hotel needs lots of work and not worth the time or money. Can’t believe hotels.com gives this a 7/10. Hotel staff was asleep on the job and waited 15 minutes to check out with me yelling Hello several times at 5:30 am
Listing when reservation was made with breakfast but you can see this sign is quite old.
No smoking but the room had a odor of mildew/smoke

Very disappointed with our stay here. Extremely noisy on a weekend, with loud groups in the parking lot or half-naked meth fights a few doors down in the morning being the highlights. Anyone walking on your floor outside seemed amplified at all hours of the night. The ice machines don't work except for the one on the 1st floor, which is missing chunks of its dispenser area. There's a Rite-aid a block away if you need anything but I wouldn't recommend walking over there alone at night. Both times we ventured over there, we encountered different people randomly yelling and screaming at imaginary threats even though it was a relatively short walk. Breakfast is also no longer served, which we were informed when we arrived. Check in and out was quick & painless. Our room featured really finicky motion sensor-controlled lights which would come on in the middle of the night if you moved slightly in bed. Some rooms apparently have refrigerators as well but ours did not. Water stains on the ceiling added some ambiance to the room's personality also. The wifi internet completely died our last day there but not sure if that was in the motel's control or not. On the positive side, it's not too far from the edge of downtown so there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall I got the impression that the motel is leveraging its proximity to downtown to attract customers, while desperately trying to save money everywhere it can to stay afloat.

Place is filthy, with blood and/or feces splatters on ceiling and walls. Asked front desk host, Joe, to do something about it but he refused to even take a look. Bed sheets had hair on them and your better off sleeping on the floor as these beds are the worst. Free breakfast no longer exists. Stay somewhere else!

I used to stay here before the pandemic. It was decent and good for the price. Now it seems to need some updates. Pool looked like there was mold/mildew stains. It wasn’t heated as they said it would be. No more continental breakfast. I just not was satisfied

I have stayed here 6 times with no issue. This time everything was fine except the wifi was down. I stayed 4 nights on the last day the hotel put wifi in the lobby only for the guest. It was very Irritating. I’m holding another reservation for November if they do not have it fixed I will be cancelling for sure. In today’s day and age and not have Wi-Fi it is outrageous and uncalled for.
