Save your money & sanity, don’t stay here.
I had selected the pay at check-in option. However, Vibes charged my card a week prior to check-in. I attempted to cancel, as I did not like that Vibes did not stick to the agreement. Vibes refused. I attempted to upgrade my room, as last minute, more people decided to come. they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for upgrading, if I went with suite. If I took a room with two double beds, the fee was only $30. Then a check-in they tried charging me the full cancellation fee, plus an upgrade fee, and then the price of the new room. I ended up paying $300 for a room that was being advertised for $100 on this app. The sheets were dirty. They did not have wash clothes. They propped doors open down hallways, so no security. When the room above us used the bathroom, it sounded like water was running in our room. All were heard were doors slamming all night. There is no carpet to muffle sounds in the rooms or hallways. Quite frankly, this was the worse experience I have had with a booking through Hotels.com. I did reach out to customer service for assistance when my card was charged early, there was nothing they could do. They should really end their contract with this establishment. It was horrible .

There were some hot water issues… I understood the first night- but it happened again on a second night, a was assured it was fixed- lo and behold third day- no hot water again. It wasn’t until I became very vocal and irate that the manager offered to change my room. The room was comfortable. But service was not great

Okay stay.
No one in lobby. If you need something you call a phone number taped to the desk. No housekeeping. Towels available in the lobby. There were a few roaches in my bathroom.

Really nice, recently renovated hotel. My only complaints were that the walls/doors are not soundproofed at all, and my room was close to the lobby, so I could hear every word that was said. My room also did not have a desk or anywhere to sit other than the bed. Also, the staff wasn't regularly around, so if you need anything, you have to call them. Finally, the description stated that there were laundry facilities, but there were not.

The property was the same as the pictures online. However, for parking to be outside (non-garage) and to be charged for it upon arrival but it’s not stated anywhere on your reservation is not acceptable. Our room was directly in front of the pool and it smelled like sewer even tho it was really cold outside. Other than the smell and unknown charges the property was decent.

Property was nice rooms was very nice and updated very beautiful bathroom painting as well where nice. The accent wall simply gave a warm tone. I just didn't like that it wasn't anything for breakfast. Didn't see any housekeeper either. But me and my family enjoyed our weekend at the vibe.

Just a small problem
The hotel was beautiful we had a problem with sink and it just took a lot of calls and didn't seem to be a priority to accommodate the situation. I felt it was a small thing that I thought could have been taken care of not going to maybe go again until it is season time /because staff is much smaller. Nice people

Terrible service staff. No one cared here.
The service staff were very rude. No professionalism. I had to wait 15 minutes each time at the front desk to get help from anyone. When they did come and I complained of a problem, no apology or care was given. Besides that, there was hair on my towel, a beer can outside on the patio attached to my room, and missing amenities that were listed on the page. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I was HIGHLY disappointed in this hotel. We arrived around 8pm. No one was at the counter. Rang the bell several times & still no one came. No signs or phone # to tell you what to do or to call. I ended up finding the phone # on another booking website. Called & was told my keys were in the bucket at the desk. That is not safe at all!!!! Someone who knows that's what they do could've taken the key, entered my room (leaving the door cracked since it doesn't close all the way), then taken the key back upfront and waited in my room. The person on duty showed up 10 minutes after we got there to make sure to scan my id and credit card. After we unpacked we noticed the sink plug was jammed & wouldn't drain. I told the girl upfront and she moved us to another room. She gave me 1 key and as I was asking for another one, she was running down the hall in a rush and said she'd give me another tomorrow. After she was gone, we noticed the door did not lock at all. There is no one around at all ever!!! My husband went out to smoke and called me because the key wouldn't open the front door. When I got up there, there was another couple waiting to get in too because they forgot their key (like it would've worked anyway). They too didn't know about the door situation. I have never stayed at a place where there wasn't someone around to help or have the front door lock. Information should've been provided at check in. Or at least have a sign up. Horrible experience!

Property was cute and clean. We were very unhappy when they started cooking Indian food with extremely strong odor of curry. We felt nauseas and were not able to stay the night unfortunately. So we drove 2 hours back home.
