The staff was helpful & friendly, checking in was a pleasant experience and I got what I payed for which I won't mention the name of another hotel who advertised spacious & comfort but delivered the opposite, not the case with Best Western, I will continue to give them my business anytime I need a hotel with good prices, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Stayed for one night in San Antonio - picked this property based on price and location as it was a close drive to downtown. We had plans to check out the River Walk and go for dinner, and this hotel was a 10min drive to that area. The hotel and room were clean, and the AC worked well and wasn’t too loud. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning has good options and the coffee was nice. Parking lot was large and we were able to park with our trailer easily. Would stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. The hotel room was very dirty, and the restroom was especially disgusting it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. It really made us uncomfortable during our stay. On the bright side, the front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was actually pretty good. However, the condition of the room was unacceptable, and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room was pretty clean. Staff was nice. The shower door wouldn't stay closed and the toilet handle was broke. The hotel was right off the freeway. There was only 1 other hotel nearby, so it was pretty quiet.
