Front Desk ❌
The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is not put her in front of paying customers. Yes, paying customers don’t need this type of staff attending to them after a very very long flight! However, not all is bad in this hotel. Iqbal from behind the bar/attends to the food at the lobby area was pleasant and helpful.
