1. There is no 24/7 front desk. When I arrive at there to check in, there is nobody here. Even though I ring the bell, I still have to wait for few minutes,later a girl shows up in front of a desk.
2.I book the room on the platform.The receptionist takes a photo of my passport and copy my passport.I am angry with that.ID is important for a person and there is a risk of information leaking.The receptionist cannot speak English and it is hard to communicate. I ask to chat with her manager who can speak English, but the receptionist refuse to do it.
3. I book the room with window which can see the street view, but the receptionist gives me a room with window inside(also without window guard no fresh air)! The room is also closed to the bathroom. You can hear all the sound of taking shower and flushing sound and door sound.You cannot sleep.
4. The upstairs make noises from 2:00 pm to 11:pm. Until I go upstairs to look for them, they become quiet. In the next early morning (around 5-6am)they make noise again and wake me up.
5. The floor is old, you can hear steps sound when people walk on the floor.
