MUY MALO ESTE HOTEL

muy malo este hotel, las instalaciones muy deterioradas, esta muy mal y la ubicacion es buena, pero la ducha no servia, los desagues tapados, las cortinas viejas y no eran black out, los elavadores los botones no servian, no tenian tarjetas para ingresar al mall, en fin muy muy muy malo este hotel

Staff didn’t speak much English. Room wasn’t what I asked for. They did help get us transportation to leave because our phones didn’t work. Nice people. Building beautifully lights up at night.

Excelente opción para escalas, o negocios.

Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones en este aparthotel. Me gusta por su relación calidad/precio. Dentro de las ventajas que tiene es su ubicación, su costo, y lo espacioso de sus habitaciones. Deberían ser mas claros respecto de las especificaciones de llegada, pues a alguien que ya lo conoce es fácil de encontrar, pero resulta confuso para primeros huéspedes, pues no hay manera de localizarlo ni se encuentra identificado con anuncios exteriores. En fin, me hospedo con frecuencia, cuando hago escalas breves en Cancún, o acudo a reuniones de negocios. La alberca es bonita y poco concurrida, así que se descansa bien. No es un hotel turístico, pues se encuentra fuera de la zona hotelera, y sin acceso a playa, sin embargo como hotel de negocios cumple, y bien.

Booked a Double Deluxe Room for 11 days thinking I would get a nice comfy suite and they ended up giving me a really small room with no tables, fridge, or microwave. Only thing in the room was the bed and a small futon. I eventually talked to the staff requesting a room with at least a fridge and a little more space since I would be staying there several days. They switched me to a same model room with a little more space, a fridge, and a table. Still think they could have done better though. If you book a room at this hotel make sure you call first and see what they will give you.

Good but needs updating

Customer service was great however the place was lacking in other parts. Rooms don’t have telephones. So if you need a wake up call or need something you have to go down. When we arrived everyone was super nice. They walked us up to the room and when they opened the door someone was still occupying it. Elevator buttons were missing. Which i found puzzling (some one can get hurt) also the upkeep of the property needs to be looked at. I’m thinking management is dragging its feet. The location is great. There’s supermarket, mall, movie theater and many restaurants around. I use to live in Cancún and found this location central to our movements. But they really need to do some updating.

Eran departamentos de lujo con bastante seguridad brindando ahora servicio de hotel. Muy buenas instalaciones aunque no estén cerca de playa tienen una alberca muy limpia ,con jacuzzi que puedes usar cuando gustes de 7 a 22 horas. El personal muy servicial,limpieza al 100, amenidades, en general bien .

Condominio céntrico y perfectamente ubicado

El lugar es bonito pero le falta mantenimiento, el clima de un cuarto no funcionaba, no tenía internet No me dijeron cuando llegue que me Podían dar una llave para no dar tanta vuelta y llegar más rápido a plaza las Américas lo súpe por un familiar que se quedó en Torre Vancouver donde las instalaciones están mejor

the first room they gave me had problems with air conditioning. They gave me other room but the refrigerator was making a bad noice all the time when gets on and off so i couldnt sleep well.

Buena experiencia

Solo estuvimos una noche, sin embargo me gustó mucho ya que es tranquilo, la alberca y los camastros son execelente si para tomar el sol, cuentan con desayunos ricos y a buen precio, lo mas rescatable es el personal todos muy amables y serviciales. Gracias

Wasn’t able to locate the condominium (wrong adress) first night arrived wasn’t provided with soap, shampoo and etc..the only nice part of this place is a lobby and pool..room view never matched the reality

No vayan a ese hotel - Simply don't go there

Pésimo, fue muy mala experiencia, el hotel no se ve desde la calle, no tiene un anuncio y nadie lo conoce, después de una hora buscándolo en la zona, sudando, preguntando a muchísima gente, el acceso es por un sótano de un estacionamiento hay que caminar mucho desde la calle, la tele no servía, el aire con un ruido insoportable, no tiene ventanas al exterior, no hay buro ni teléfono ni servicio a cuartos, tiene un servibar descompuesto y apagado, si quieren mas comentarios negativos me podría extender.

Habitaciones sencillas deplorables

Reservé una habitación para dos personas y un bebé, pedí que agregaran la cuna? La habitación es demasiado pequeña: una cama Kong size, un sillón, baño con ducha y no más. Las paredes lizas, sin ningún cuadro o decoración más que la tv? Las habitaciones de este tipo dan con una ventana vista al pasillo, por lo cual están siempre oscuras. En resumen: pésima habitación para el precio de lo que pagas. Al hacer el check in les recordé de la cuna, me dijeron que sí. Cuando la señorita nos llevó a la habitación le dije de la cuna y me dijo que el hotel no cuenta con ella se, o sea, me mintió al hacer el check in. Por la noche nos quejamos en el lobbynpor lo reprobable de nuestra habitación y la falta de cuna (dos adultos y un bebé en una cama Kingston size es difícil de acomodarse); La señorita en turno habló con su jefe y desde ahí la estadía la hicimos en un departamento con dos habitaciones, fue la mejor solución! De esa habitación todo excelente en instalaciones, a excepción de la limpieza, que no la hacen a detalle. Él check in es lento, como media hr, el check out igual o peor de lento.
