I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, and the ambiance of the hotel and room was truly 5-star quality. However, I did have one notable issue: the in-room refrigerator. While it's great to have the convenience of a fridge, it was pre-stocked with items for purchase, which meant we couldn't store any outside food or drinks. This felt restrictive, and I'd love to see more flexibility with the fridge in the future. Overall, though, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel."
"We enjoyed our stay & especially the views and wildlife. The arcade is super fun for kids. Definitely ask for a room that has a balcony so you can see the gorgeous views. "
"All the amenities indoors and out doors were great,food was excellent,staff very friendly and helpful.The only disappointment was the water temperature in the pool in our room which was cold."
