The respondent was not very customer friendly and had me waiting around for 3 hours. I was finally given a key but no code to lock the room until I called again the next day. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."

"Great hotel! Lovely clean rooms, really nice decor. Our room overlooked the train station, but it was super-quiet so was absolutely fine. Great location (5min walk to St Katherine’s Docks), 2mins to Tower of London, and just above the tube. Delicious breakfast, and really nice pool. Just note that there is a sister hotel so don’t get them mixed up like we did (thankfully only 7min walk away). "
