"Great property at a great location. Loved the attentiveness from the staff. You have your breakfast buffet in the morning, and the snack area which is available to you 24/7 which was a great amenity that I appreciated.
Would return again a million times over, couldnt get over the fact that within 20 feet, you’re right in the Zocalo Square. Thank you Zocalo Central! See you soon again! "
"The 24 hour front desk was incredible. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms in the pyramid tower are beautiful and the rooftop terraces were a great place to overlook the city and unwind. 10/10!!"
"This is a good choice for an overnight stay before having an early flight out. The airport shuttle was very convenient and ran on time, no charge. The location is not attractive, but it was convenient for proximity to airport. We arrived at 5 p.m. the day before our flight out and wanted to see Mexico City and have dinner that night. We asked about getting an Uber and where we should go with limited time. Hector, at the front desk, offered to connect us with a driver to arrange a private tour, which was exactly what we wanted and not too pricy. The driver, Carlos, took us to the main places of interest, let us get out to take pictures, walked with us to ensure our safety, and took us to a good restaurant with tipical Mexican food that was not so crowded as to have a long wait. That was what made our stay at the Fiesta Inn really special. Our room was okay -- clean and comfortable, but small and very basic. "
"Great hotel and staff, great location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We happen to be staying at the hotel during a large protest and demonstration but the hotel staff made us feel at ease"
