"The room they gave me from the Expedia offer was awful, my wife almost cried when we went in, 3rd floor no view from any angle other than utility structures and garage, the neighbor balcony was less than 6" away, though the room was clean. Bottom line, I decided to expend $85.00 more per night for an upgrade and that changed everything. The clerk at the front desk was really helpful in finding the best room available, very courteous and professional.
Even when the facilities are outdated, the cleanliness was great, our room was done every day, leaving it spotless; the housekeepers were courteous and flexible to accommodate to our needs. Restaurant and cafeterias good, swimming pools cleaned every day. Thank you Trade Winds for an awesome stay.

"Room was very clean. Walkable location. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The full size fridge was a pleasant surprise. The heated pool was not very warm. The hot water ran out in the room during the 1st shower- wasn't expected a cool shower after the pool. Despite the hot water issue, we'll be back."
"Perfect place for our family trip to Sarasota. Clean comfortable room with a king bed for us and a sofa bed for our son. Full kitchen, large bathroom. The room is a little small but was still great, like a small studio apartment. 2 heated pools close to the room and a 1 minute walk on the private pathway to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, always had clean beach towels for us and allowed my dad to park on site to join us for sunset at the beach. Will definitely be coming back on our next visit. "
