Not bad just a few bits of feedback
Lovely hotel not very far from the Christmas markets but the markets were disappointing as it’s was mainly alcohol and hot food.
We took a taxi from the airport using uber app and cost €34 for 3 persons.
Reception staff were very helpful and the lobby smelt wonderful.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay however a few things could be looked at by the hotel management and then I would have given 5 stars all around.
Problems and suggestions
1.Breakfast was cold on the first day and so used a microwave to warm bacon and scrambled eggs.
2.Tables could do with a small container to put waste like sugar wrappers jams and butter wrappers keeping the table clear of clutter and helping the waiting staff to clear the tables.
3.We fancied having dinner and asked reception what the menu was and we were politely directed to the hotels website but unfortunately did not show a menu only a picture of an American breakfast with a fried egg of which was not served at breakfast.
It would make sense and could help generate revenue if the daily menu was displayed in the foyer/reception area.
4. The bathroom was nice however black mold along the baths silicone not nice to look at but very each to be removed.
5.when I went back to my room the aircon didn’t work and I didn’t want to complain about it as it wasn’t that important as I don’t have it at home.
6. The floor drain in the bathroom smelt of sewage and rotten eggs so I placed the shower bath mat over it to reduce the smell
