Overall just okay
Overall an okay stay. Kitchenette and full size fridge was very helpful. We stayed on 2nd floor but it had this weird odor like of a dirty litterbox and lots of trash upon exiting the elevator. (Its been a few weeks so I’m hoping its better) But we just needed a quick place to stay so we werent super nit-picky.

The room was fairly priced compared to hotels in Boston. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were enough towels, but the blanket was so thin that we were freezing. More pillows would have been nice since the pillows were thin also.

Dirtiest place I have EVER been.
Hands down grossest place I’ve ever seen in my life, I left immediately and can’t get a refund bc I didn’t tell front desk, I had my one year old with me and was not going to let him hang out in this unsanitary place longer than he had too, I had to make immediate accommodations due to the poor conditions of this hotel and it’s a shame I had to be penalized for putting my family in front of a disgusting corporation. There were also at least 3 smoke detectors going off for a new battery change, I have footage walking down the hallway where you can hear it, but am unable to upload it. Most disgusting place I have ever seen, i pray they get shut down, I have called the health and fire department regarding the issues. Ryan is the manager and fails to maintain these declining maintenance, which should be of regular concern. It is obvious that the manager and workers do not care for this property.

The sink and the tub did not drain, the GFCI outlet in the bathroom did not work. The handicap railing in the shower was falling out of the shower wall. There were stains on the desk chair. The floor was fairly dirty throughout the entire room. The tub faucet was malfunctioning. The light in the bathroom fan didn’t work. The curtains don’t close all the way and leave a gap where you can clearly see into the room. There was cat litter on the counter next to the front desk. The lady at the desk was very polite and helpful though.

We got there late and there was no one at the front desk. You had to call to get someone and they did eventually show up. She was very friendly when she came out. The room itself was not very clean. The bathroom looked like it had just been wiped down and smelled like mold. When we pulled out the couch the mattress was so dirty. There was no protective cover and underneath the couch hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like forever. There were no sheets and bedding for the pull out so I had to go out and find some. There were no utensils or pots and pans as the advertisement stated. The breakfast was nutrigrain bars and prepackaged muffins. The Saturday when I got up at 7:45 there were no bars and about 4 muffins left. The two people at the front desk didn’t seem to notice or care as they were talking about car issues. You get what you pay for I guess but I have stayed at other extended stays and have not had it be this bad.

Ok I guess, if you're on a budget
My son wanted to sleep in the car. Stains on the couch, bathroom door off a hinge, mold all over the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, bed and pillows were hard, bed had a broken dip in the middle, low water pressure, bugs crawling to what must have been a hole in the wall behind the cork board, dust buildup in the corners so not properly cleaned, full size fridge was clean though

GFI circuit was non-functional and wasn't fixed when requested. Only one waste basket in entire suite. No low-level cleaning was done after first night. There was no ice available in entire motel.

The staff was great. Very helpful. But the hallways and front we're filthy. The room was ok, cleanliness. The hotel really needs an upgrade. The key machine wouldn't work when we got here but the front desk clerk made it work after awhile. She had to let us into our room though. They're was no breeding for the pull out sofa. We asked for assume and she was able to give us sheets and a blanket but no pillows. We finally got one the next day. It was nice that we could bring our dog but the hotel really wasn't great in a lot of ways. And I've seen other reviews. There's a lot of answers that they will fix these issues but obviously not a lot happening. I wouldn't go here again.

This property is in horrible condition. The bed sheets were stained, the kitchen was filthy, the shower had mold. The entire facility smelled of cigarette smoke and mold.

Overall, a pretty dirty hotel. Elevator needed cleaning inside and the handprints all over the metal elevator doors really could have been polished off. In the room there were little white specks all over the floor that needed to be swept. There were stains on some of the fixtures. The sink was cracked and bonded back together with some off-color bonding. The iron had two holes at its base, so when I didn't see the holes, filled the iron with water, and went to use it, the water came pouring out all over the place and I could not get any steam. The lights, both overhead and lamps, were all bright fluorescent (or LED) white lighting so there was zero atmosphere. It was lit like a bus station restroom. One of the lamp shades by the bed was so crooked it looked like it was nearly off. (That last thing is pretty minor, I admit.) I can count on one hand the number of hotels that I have been a little squeamish about sleeping on the bed. Add this one to the list. I only encountered one staff: the front desk person. I had to wait about seven or eight minutes before she showed up. She was friendly enough. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a hotel online. That should tell you that I felt strongly enough about this one to actually write this.

Nous avions 3 oreillers pour 4 personnes et le front desk n’en avait apparemment plus à nous donner… dormir sans oreiller??? pardon?? et le lit canapé des enfants n’était pas fait et n’avait ni drap ni couverture : nous avons du en demander, l’employé nous a donné un grand sac poubelle avec les draps et nous avons du faire le lit nous memes… service minimum!!! La moquetté était dégoûtante (pieds noirs…)
