My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel and we are non-smokers, and there were 2 counters full of cigarette butts on the terrace and since it was Christmas Eve I believe that even though we asked for them to be removed as soon as we arrived they were still there when we left...

Wonderful Salzburg
We stayed a week at Holiday Inn, it’s a nice hotel, the room is quite comfortable, good breakfast, not far from the old city, we liked to walk every day for about 10-15 minutes to it. The day before we left they didn’t change the towels, practically except for arranging the bed and taking the garbage they didn’t do anything but otherwise it’s a good hotel and we had a pleasant stay
