Airport shuttle service is good. Motel staff helpful and friendly. Good location. Room was very old. First room offered smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Second room only slightly. Shower door handle broken with sharp edges and would not close fully. Comfortable bed. Inexpensive room but only good in our opinion to shower and sleep and leave.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Kim at the front desk took the time to address all my questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh daily and had plenty of selections. I will definitely stay here again on any future visits.

Hotel is very runner down and not well maintained. The bathroom had a disgusting old shower that none of us wanted to use. I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it to others. I will say the staff was helpful and even brought us something to the airport that we left (medicine) so I won’t give them 1 star because of that.

The room does not match what is shown in the photos at the time of booking. There are noticeable differences, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned (there were hairs in the shower). I would like to highlight that the cleaning staff was very kind and attentive. As a suggestion, the hotel should have bilingual front desk staff, considering the multicultural environment of the area.

Key wouldn't work. Staff kept sending us back with a new key that wouldn't work. We had to ask them to come check out the door lock to let us in after several attempts. Bathroom sink faucet leaked when cold water was turned on. TV screen wigged out made it hard to watch. We did not try the breakfast.

We left at 3:30 am, but the breakfast was not served at that time. The shuttle was great and picked us up at the time we had requested. The door lock was broken. The bathroom door was broken, and there were holes in the window covering. I will never stay there again

This is not a brand new Hilton or Marriott. But it is clean and decent, and less than 1/2 the price of the adjacent Hilton and Marriott properties. Everything that was important to me was good...Clean, new sheets, good pillows, microwave oven and fridge in each room, hot shower with great pressure, cold A/C,clean room, smelled good, quiet hotel. Continental breakfast was a joke unless you subsist on bread and waffles and coffee (no eggs, oatmeal, cereal, milk, etc.) They have paid attention to the important details of a hotel stay without any frills and can therefore offer a great nightly rate. For the price, this is hard to beat!

The hotel itself is knock down condition. But was clean andcthe staff were helpful. We were told it was about to be remodeled. The breakfast was adequate and the staff kept the area clean. The best feature was the free shuttle to the airport. Im sure after the remodel it will be a great place to stay

We had a quick overnight for an early flight out at the airport, so we needed something close and reasonably priced. It seems the property is under new management and in the midst of transition. Lots of poorly posted signage in the hallways, odd smells in common areas, and pictures missing from room walls with visible hardware remaining. The bathrooms are in dire need of upgrades, renovations, and deep cleaning. Staff was friendly at check-in.

The pictures were taken somewhere else , in reality The place is a dump. What nerve to charge $200 Per night, and charge 100 for deposit, for what? I sure as hell am not taking the towels You should send a rep to check out the property. This place reflects badly on your website

On top of the room rate there's a $100 incidental, refundable. $25 non refundable for the dog. Upon entering the fragrant aroma of marijuana fills the Halls. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member Gala, I believe. After retrieving keys, I drove around to a side door where my room would be located next to stairs. No problem. The hallways and carpet showed seasons of better wear. Also not a big problem. After opening the weighted door I was A little embarrassed to walk in the room. For the price per night it was somewhat fair. The AC worked great! The beds are not the most comfortable hard mattresses await your tired back. If you're looking for a dust-free zone, this is not it. Trash was located in the armoire. The top of the armoire distributed a very fine cloud of dust after one bag disrupted it. Turning on the TV. You will be disappointed that DirecTV does not direct anything in that hotel, especially TV. We were lucky to find a few channels that weren't unpaid for, waiting for programming, or in a different language all together than English. The evening time relented a new smell in the corner of the room. Mold. As a person with health issues. I would not recommend this to be your first choice. Pool is okay. Jacuzzi way over chlorinated. The hotel is pet friendly but lacks anywhere with reprieve from the heat for pets. The staff did try and accommodate my pet as he was noisy. Basic self-serve breakfast was lacking. 1 night? Ok. More? 😑 Hampton next time!!!!!!

Staff is super friendly, but this place needs a lot of work. Window coverings are full of holes. Bad dry wall patches all over the walls. TV was on the Frits, would constantly freeze.

Worst place I’ve ever seen. I checked in and right back out after going up to the room. Got even worst on the way out seeing drug attics living in the 1st floor rooms. This should not even be an option if you ask me. Please remove this property from the search results.
