Firstly, I'd just like to mention Eli, the cook at Momo. His customer service was great, as he was so engaging with everyone at the table, even the kids.
The property on a whole though was overbooked due to the sale that was going on, and because it was a holiday. Check-in process was absolutely awful. We got there after 12pm, and did not get our wristbands till after 2pm. Everyone knows holidays are very busy, so I think an easier checkin process/system should of been decided on to mitigate the heavy delays, because half of the time we were there waiting on their overloaded system to load to move on to the next guest in our party. The buffet was very mid. Lack of options, and the food was nothing special. The ice-cream they had throughout the property was very nice though, and the a la carte restaurants were pretty good. Entertainment staff was amazing.
