The room was really nice, clean, and modern. The staff is incredibly helpful and overall it was a great place to come back to after a long day of being out and about in the city. Myeongdong is also a 2-5min walk making it very close to many shopping stores and restaurants. Overall loved the hotel and the location would definitely visit again!

Family travel with only one room.

Clean rooms. Great showers and the tub shower combination was large. One mirror near plug outlet was in bathroom only so getting ready at the same time as others was more difficult. Breakfast bar was excellent 6:30-10:00 am on the 27th floor, with a beautiful view of the city. Great coffee shop opens as 7:00 am. Delicious baked goods. Must visit coffee shop in alley way near GS25 store. Good location for Palaces and subway. Hotel staff was A+..last thing. Use Uber for travel works well and quite reasonable in cost $6-$13 for most trips.
