Great property but let down by it's cleaners
We booked a one-bedroom executive apartment at the Ramada Suites Wyndham Queenstown Remarkables Park for four nights.
The arrival and check-in process were easy as we had paid in full for our apartment. We had secure parking in their basement carpark. Our room overlook the Remarkables mountain and it was a lovely view.
The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink, cutlery, a couple of pots and a pan, cooktop and rangehood, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster and coffee and tea. The king bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning was good for the apartment; good lighting throughout with a table and four chairs; two couches and a coffee table; and a large TV.
The bathroom had a washing machine and a dryer; small sink with a drawer; toilet; shower and heated towel rail. However, the bathroom lacked space for toiletries as the drawer was being used for storage of hairdryer and other items. The bedroom also was lacking in storage space such as a few drawers.
The only disappointment for us was the lack of cleanliness in the apartment, and also the lack of consistent supply of amenities such as washing liquid, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner – all of which we ran out of during our stay. We had to call the desk and request these items which really is not good service.
