Really nice property for the price. Plenty of equipment and information provided. Only downside was quite noisy a few mornings.

Lage sehr gut. Hitze im Gebäude leider unerträglich. Das Treppenhaus ist eine Fehlkostruktion, die sich nicht lüften lässt und das ganze Gebäude extrem stark aufheizt. Im Sommer bei 30 Grad sehr unangenehm. Hier müsste eine Beschattung oder eine zusätzlich Lüftungsmöglichkeit am Gang eingebaut werden. Sonst alles prima.
