The hotel wasn’t too bad for the price. The breakfast was good and delicious, with a nice variety of food and fruits. However, the rooms, hallways, and even the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We stayed there for one week, and on two days they didn’t clean our room. When we came back in the evening, the beds were not made and the towels hadn’t been changed. I complained to the staff, but they only said “sorry.”
Also, none of the staff spoke English — they just used a translation app on their phones to communicate with us.I asked them for the tourist attraction information, they gave me a printed paper just in Chinese language!!! How a tourist can read it

Worst experience
It was my worst experience through you . I reached hotel at 5.30 pm and was told that booking has been cancelled as I arrived late as it was not a prepaid booking . I kept waiting me there for 1 hour and I thought they are cleaning the room . Then I rang your office to inform the same . E charm hotel manager told me that they will take me to their other hotel which was 45 min drive by the taxi . This was not their branch hotel but a different hotel . The new hotel charged me more than the specified tariff as the E charm staff had their cut .
