Check in was fine. The parking lot was scary with screaming people. The bath tub was stained. The paint was 2 different colors on same wall and the towel rack was ripped out with no towels present. The bed was wonderful. Location was good for my appointments.

I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel, but I was expecting something at least decent. The room looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned, there were crumbs and dirt in the floor. There were burn marks in the blankets, the curtain wasn’t even a true curtain. It barely covered the window. There was a greasy hand print above one of the beds, a screw was sticking out on the other wall frame. The pictures on displaying the property were very misleading, it looked more rundown and sketchy when we got there.

It’s a very comfortable room and I would recomend it

The rooms are lower price, and maybe because of that, the rooms were not well cleaned. Some dirty areas. The room had a smoking smell. The Internet was working. The persons were efficient in handling the keys and so, but not very pleasant or welcoming. You know like more business oriented. For a quick and needful moment is ok.

The property is the dirtiest I've ever seen and it smells like people have been urinating outside! Absolutely disgusting! They have nothing but homeless people and drug users hanging around outside all hours of the day and night also!!

It was the worst time I stayed at hotel. It was super dirty, the area was unsafe full of homeless people. Doors don’t close properly and tv doesn’t work. And much more.

The AC units did not work in our rooms and they would not give us a different room or have maintenance fix it
