Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and courteous: front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast room workers. I appreciated the hotel arranging a driver to pick us up at the airport and a cab to take us back to the airport for an early morning flight. I also appreciated good restaurant recommendations from Vlad, one of the front desk staff. We loved the location of the hotel, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with great bus service and walkable to so many historical sites just across the Tiber River. We would stay here again.
