A bit of a mixed review here.
Front desk was very helpful, while we booked for 1 night, we arrived at around 8am, and planned to check out at 10pm. So they were quite accomodating to get our room ready early (9am) and opted to let us have the breakfast the same day instead of the next.
Location is good too, about 150m from the metro station.
The room unfortunately is quite old and in need of maintenance. As mentioned, we checked in and out on the same day, so didnt really sleep in. Just needed a place to leave our bags and have a quick shower to freshen up.
Bathroom amenities are limited. eg. only 1 large towel, no complimentary toothbrushes or slippers, mislabled shampoo/soap. Faded and chipped furniture, walls, etc Rooms are ok, i'd rate the place as 3 star, definately not a 4 star as they claim.
The breakfast was decent though, a good variety of cold and hot meals, with an egg/waffle station as well.
For the price we paid, i have no complaints. It served its purpose well, however i would not recommend it for long stays. Short single nights should be fine.
In all honesty, they just need to give the hotel a fresh lick of paint, fix the small things and they'd be at the top of their game.
